Wheelchair basketball has the largest number of participants of any adaptive sport in the world. A three-day instructional basketball camp will provide in-depth instruction for intermediate, and advanced players from the Southern California are ages 13 and up. Participants will develop new offensive and defensive strategies, improve wheelchair maneuvering, and practice ball-handling skills.
Mike Frogley, Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Basketball Teams from the University of Illinois, will lead the year’s camp which will be held Friday-Sunday, December 14-16 2007. More detailed information will be provided to those who register.
Cost of the Camp is $150.00 which includes instruction, jersey, daily continental breakfast and lunch. Registration will be based on a first come, first serve basis.
